Rates

REMOTE MEDIATION FEES: Remote mediations (utilizing Zoom or equivalent) are charged at $275.00 per hour, per separately represented party. Additionally, a one-time administrative fee will be charged by Ardis and divided by the parties equally. In the event there are three or more parties, the hourly rate will be reduced depending on the number of parties involved. A three (3) hour minimum will be charged for all mediations.

IN PERSON MEDIATION FEES: In person mediations are charged at $300.00 per hour per separately represented party. Additionally, a one-time administrative fee will be charged by Ardis. In the event there are three or more parties, the hourly rate will be reduced based on the number of parties involved. A three (3) hour minimum will be charged for all mediations.

EXPENSES: Mileage is charged for mediations occurring more than 60 miles from our Atlanta or Lake Oconee office, and travel time for attending mediations beyond such radius will be billed at one-half the applicable rate. In the event of the necessity of an overnight stay, reasonable hotel and meal charges will be divided among the parties.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations more than seven days from the scheduled date of mediation will incur the administrative fee of $200. Cancellations within seven (7) days of the scheduled mediation will incur an additional charge of $500 that can be credited toward a rescheduled mediation of the same matter.
